- Hot site
A hot site is a commercial disaster recovery service that allows a business to continue in the event of a computer or equipment disaster. For example, if an enterprise's data processing center becomes inoperable, that enterprise can move all data processing operations to a hot site. A hot site has all the equipment needed for the enterprise to continue operations. This includes, Data Centre Infrastructure, office space and furniture, telephone jacks, and computer equipment.
- Cold site
A cold site is a similar type of disaster recovery service that offers infrastructure, but the customer provides and installs all the equipment needed to continue operations. A cold site is less expensive, but it takes longer to get an enterprise up to full operations after a disaster.
- Dedicated Site
An alternate site with a fully customised infrastructure. This space is solely dedicated to the subscriber whereby subscribers are allowed to customize the space to suit their IT recovery strategy.
- Business Site
Our Front End Business Recovery Centre is an emergency centre with the necessary office environment to accommodate end-to-end business services. This centre offers facilities such as the visitors' area, office facilities, workstations and phone lines. Besides, ISL has the expertise even to provide consultancy for a complete turnkey recovery centre.
- Facilities Management & Maintenance
To complement ISL's Disaster Recovery Services, we also manage customers' IT systems in full or part, be it at our site or at a designated centre. ISL also provides trained personnel on a dedicated and ad-hoc basis to perform maintenance and monitoring services for your systems.
