Enterprise Hardware Maintenance
ISL provides multi-platform midrange to mainframe enterprise hardware maintenance from brand names such as IBM, HP, SUN Microsystems and HDS. Services consist of upgrades, remedial maintenance, preventive maintenance and replacement of parts. Experienced engineers will assist organisations on per call basis/ad-hoc or via our annual hardware maintenance contract. 24 by 7 helpdesk support is also available for annual maintenance contract.

Our large inventory of equipment and peripherals coupled with our global outsourcing capabilities enable us to support the requirement for placement of critical parts and provide on-site spare parts.

System Support
ISL provides enhanced system support for OS/400, HP-UX, AIX and SOLARIS. Its services include documented weekly or monthly system report, system monitoring, housekeeping system planning as well as system upgrades and consultation.

Managed Maintenance Services (MMS)
ISL offers Managed Maintenance Services (MMS) that allows organisations to outsource multi-platform enterprise hardware and their system maintenance to a single vendor, with a standardised service level agreement ( SLA ).

Enterprise Hardware Relocation
